Se alle anmeldelseneI absolutely love both the Ballet Sculpt and Ballet classes! Ballet Sculpt takes all the best things about Pilates and leaves the bad things at the door. It’s the perfect beginner-friendly class, with plenty of feedback and step-by-step guidance so you actually learn what you’re doing. I also noticed I felt stronger in my ballet classes after doing Sculpt, which was such a bonus! My only request: more evening Ballet Sculpt classes, please! 🩰
