I was a little nervous and struggled to keep up at times, but Yolanda was such a great teacher — super patient, detailed and encouraging. I feel like her class is very beginner-friendly, even for someone with no experience. I’m sure with a few more practices I’ll get better. It’s also a really fun way to get some cardio in!

Se alle anmeldelseneI really enjoyed this class overall and would still rate it highly. The instructor was skilled and did take the time to break down the steps, which I appreciated. That said, I think there’s room for improvement, especially considering it’s advertised as a beginner class. The full choreography was quite fast and challenging, and many participants seemed more experienced, which made it a bit difficult to keep up as a true beginner. It would also help to have a brief introduction or welcome for new attendees. As someone new, it didn’t feel especially inviting at the start, and a bit more acknowledgment of beginners could make a big difference in helping people feel comfortable. I still had a great time and would consider coming back, but I’d recommend that other beginners be aware that the class may feel more intermediate in pace and difficulty.

Se alle anmeldelsenevery nice space with large windows letting sunlight in, cool atmosphere for dance! instructor was super friendly and accommodating and the class went over lots of technique and drills (more than i expected for my first class but definitely doable). was lots of fun and looking forward to returning!
