Instructor was great at explaining how to do movements and what it should “feel like” etc. I was coming back from an ankle sprain a few weeks ago so this class was great bc intensity was manageable. Would recommend 😊

Se alle anmeldelseneHad a great time, good circuit workout of about 8 stations, made up of two different exercises, doing each for 1 minute. You might like to know, this class attracts an older crowd (60+). I’m young but they made me feel very welcome, lovely people :) And it wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be, honestly no different to any other HIIT class; you can push yourself as hard as you want.

She listenes and authentically cared with about any ailments (permanent or temporary) you have, and will adjust your practice to support you further.
