I’m very grateful the identifying instructors were given in the location details making it possible to find! My classes was pretty full so I’d recommend getting there on time .

Se alle anmeldelseneGloria taught a great full body workout class that was just the right amount of burn in each body part to feel the blood flowing for the rest of the day. The room was hot but not uncomfortably so and I really appreciated her attention and instruction for proper technique with each movement and options to make it easier or more difficult. She's an energetic and motivating instructor. I really enjoyed this class as part of my vacation!
