Se alle anmeldelsenethe facilities and the ambiance are really nice and calming. i also appreciate how they serve free tea and snacks to clients. coach arianne was really patient considering 2/3 of us in the class were first timers. she really took the time to explain which muscles are being activated and how each move would benefit the spine. i also came from [the hardest] a pilates session right before the class and this was a good post-workout stretch after pilates!

Eunice made me feel comfortable throughout the session, explaining what she was going to do next and answering all my questions. The medical staff were also very accommodating.
