Se alle anmeldelseneFirst time to take my boxing session at The Lab and I booked a one-on-one class, and service met my expectations! Coach Jay-ar was the one assigned to me and he was a nice & funny coach. He gave me 10 rounds for the 120-minute duration which I thought was really sulit but program could be improved with a proper abs/circuit/stretching after to end the session. Will go back :)
