Coach Christine’s approach was different, I found it more technical and intentional rather than performative. She helped us correct our forms and articulate properly. She spotted my scoliosis and modified the movements for me, which I appreciated 😊 be back soon!

They just verify with your name and ask you to fill out a reg form. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and the waiting area is neat and aesthetic. I booked the intermediate class but the coach was kind enough to adjust the exercises based on my level. They were also very mindful of my injury history. Will definitely come back! ❤️
