    Don’t let the term “Slow Flow” fool you into thinking this class is just easy or whatever. The class is indeed slower-paced compared to the studio’s more challenging and advanced Vinyasa Flow, but you still get bone-deep stretching. Perfect for recovery days, fellow athletes and active folks! Dolma’s a stellar instructor.
