Not only they make you feel welcome and important as you step in, their service staff are equally kind and respectful and oh so knowledgeable. The space is immaculate. They really think about every detail. I feel like I found a gem in the neighborhood. You have to try them!

One small note: I don’t think the Kerastase Fusio-Dose treatment is as customized when booking through ClassPass - there was less hair analysis / consultation, and more of a pre-selection for ClassPass clients (when you’re directly booking at places - there are usually a bunch of diff options stylists talking through for the concentré and booster). That said, it’s an excellent deal for the price, so it makes a lot of sense and keeps it affordable! And still great!
