    MY ABSOLUTE FAV I MISSED HER CLASSES!!! She knows how to break up her sets evenly, unlike other instructors who slam one side of the body and end up burning all of us out early on. She’s so encouraging too and is mindful when we’re on our wrists for long periods of time. Gives rest periods and accommodations for different levels. Love her!
