From the start, stu really took the time to understand exactly where my pain was coming from, and more importantly, actually did something about it straight away. You can tell they know what they’re doing — every technique felt targeted and effective rather than just going through the motions. I walked in feeling tight and restricted, and walked out with so much more movement and way less discomfort. I’m genuinely so happy with the result. If you’re dealing with any kind of muscle pain or tightness, I can’t recommend this place enough.
