Se alle anmeldelseneFirst time trying a boxing workout. James Santiago greeted me and set me up with equipment and briefly walked me through the class itinerary. It was an AMAZING 45 min group workout. General gist is to listen to the instructor, always keep moving and try to mimic the moves as they are demonstrated. James was good at moving around the class and providing instruction when needed. Facility was very clean, modern, and creates an atmosphere that encourages you to do your best. Will definitely return.
