Very good for anyone who wants to renew their basics or start their Pilates journey here. Non-judgemental environment!! Hitungannya jg bukan pake count 1 to 8 atau sejenisnya. Tapi pake timer 2.5 menit - 5 menit. Jadi lebih kayak exercise menggunakan apparatus pilates. Ada changing room tp sempit. Toilet ada, shared dgn gedung. Ada dispenser air minum juga & dingin.
