Reformer Pilates-Align
Class was 1.15pm-2pm but it was wrongly listed on classpass as 1pm-1.45pm. Otherwise, instructor had great energy and the class was pretty good. Suggest instructor to use a lighter spring for arms tho because it was quite heavy and became hard to focus on alignment
