It was just the two of us for Saturday morning yoga and she really went above and beyond to make sure that it was an awesome, comfortable and physically challenging practice. She added her own flair - gentle sound, music and incense- during the practice which made for a cool experience. I had a great time and left with a smile on my face. I will be back. Thanks Lauren!
