Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

I expected the Form Your Foundations class to be an easier level of the Total Sculpt but I found it just as hard if not harder because how slow the motions are. I’ve taken all forms of reformer classes in New York City and I like this format. Everyone had mirror space and the music system was great and I loved the playlist. I take SLT a lot and I felt like some of the movements in the opening core series were a bit more rushed but once we got into legs it was pretty comparable to SLT. Really burned out my quads and glutes. Nice hands on adjustments from the instructor, it was a small class and she demoed a lot of the moves which was great. Would definitely return to this studio.
