The class was a perfect full body workout with an emphasis on core strength which is what I look for in a Pilates reformer class. Every move was thoughtful and actually doable while still being challenging. Danielle’s was very attentive and her verbal cueing and hands on adjustments were extremely helpful.

Se alle anmeldelseneNicole was amazing and the only good coach there in the two times I’ve been. Every other coach in there has no idea what they are doing or came from f45. The studio is clean but the workout is nowhere near traditional Pilates, doesnt even have mirrors and the music that most of the coaches play is garbage. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else, literally toddlers could probably teach better than the ‘coaches’ here.
