Kathy was very welcoming, did an excellent job explaining everything, and created such a positive & light hearted environment for everyone in the class. I will say, it was a surprisingly good workout for how low impact it was. I know I’ll be sore tomorrow. This class is great for all levels. I will definitely be back! Note for other first timers: most folks will take the class barefoot.
