Be warned that if you’re not used to it the seat is uncomfortable but I guess that’s to be expected. I will definitely attempt again.

Difficult but manageable for me (granted I am beginning my workout journey) but made easier by the amount of different weights and modifications options made available. The instructor was encouraging and very knowledgeable and was constantly providing information during the entire workout. I’m so glad I took the chance to try it out and will definitely sign up for another class in the future.

Upon entering the studio the instructor welcomed me and started to let me know about the things I would need to get through the class, she was nice and welcoming. I also met an amazing 85 year old classmate named Ms A. and she was great and quickly welcomed me to work next to her and told me all the details to get started. This was a hard workout that I needed to modify a bit to fit my level , the instructor was active and encouraging. Studio is in a great location, clean and comfortable space to be in. I will definitely be dropping in for more classes a my schedule allows.
