But this is the perfect combo class with a yoga flow, weights and some extra core! The hour flew by! *just a note. If you don’t have a mat, you have to pay $3 to borrow one. The treatment itself was so relaxing, my scalp and hair feel so clean. Erlinda was so nice and checked in with me to make sure I was doing ok throughout the treatment.
