Sanctuary Session: Breathwork, Sauna, Cold Plunge
Se alle anmeldelseneIncredible experience! This is such a gem for LB. If you are a lover of breathwork, the 15-minute session is so well guided. The facilities are so calm and relaxing. Going between hot and cold plunges on a Sunday here was much needed. Go here for your recovery days!

There is no better way to relax and refresh than with the wide variety of wellness…Cryo
Se alle anmeldelseneOh my gosh! I visited there last Saturday with my boyfriend for his birthday. The staff was so welcoming from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately, my boyfriend had high blood pressure, so he couldn't participate in the full session. However, the lady was incredibly kind and offered him a back treatment instead, and she didn't even charge him for it! She told us, 'I hope you come back next time.' We definitely will! He is still feeling a bit under the weather, but as soon as he recovers, we’ll be back. I also noticed that my body felt great and energized afterward. I also loved the resort—the hospitality was 100% amazing!
