They really took the time to assess the condition of my hair, explained that it was quite dry, and recommended treatments that would actually benefit it rather than just rushing through the appointment. Walking down the fire exit stairwell, I was a little apprehensive as there’s not much signage, but once you’re there, it’s nice. The room is generously large and clean/tidy and there is a bathroom and water station. Just a heads up, the masseur was male, which I wasn’t expecting (I typically prefer female masseuses) but the massage itself was good and very much needed.
