At points, some of the routines felt a little bit basic or repetitive, and in others it felt like the instructor could have given more information eg: could have said starting on left/right or announcing before the movement changed. Overall, I would go back and be interested in trying out the other classes available :)

Always friendly clientele. Lovely posh shower gel provided. Great post-swim offerings and much appreciated food and drink options in the light filled cafe. I love the chicken avocado salad and a matcha or chai latte.

Classes are really well explained and the male teacher is amazing breaking everything down for the newbie’s whilst adding a joke here and there.
