Se alle anmeldelseneGreat class with Karrie - slower pace overall but I liked that. She gave precise instructions and helped us focus on core activation, form and pelvic lift. I definitely felt like I had worked out but without the pace, and my muscles are pleasantly alert today. It was also great to focus on proper form as one of the basic principles of Pilates. Would come again!

Se alle anmeldelseneThe class was excellent and don’t be fooled by the description. Im an advanced rider (Psycle, Digme, SoulCycle) and this was tough. Only issue is you wear your own shoes which made the whole thing feel risky and not secure. I also didn’t get the color coding because it goes red both with speed and resistance so it needs a bit of getting used to. But otherwise great class, happy instructor, happy me. Thanks.

Se alle anmeldelseneLovely teacher, detailed corrections and pace is good, just wish we made it to big jumps at the end. It’s definitely mid level, if you’re an adult on ClassPass… consider that it’s intermediate level but paced quite slowly as the regular girls do go on pointe.
