    Learning the Ropes

    Great 2-hour beginner boxing class! The first hour was excellent cardio and warm-up prep, followed by a strong focus on proper technique. The instructor explained everything clearly — stance, punches, footwork, and defense — with lots of individual feedback. As a total beginner, I felt like I actually learned good form instead of just swinging wildly. Very well structured and worth it. I’ll be signing up for more!
