Se alle anmeldelseneI went to a Durability session and really enjoyed it. Dakota was great, from going through how class will flow to correcting my form throughout the workout. I really appreciated the suggestions on how to improve as someone new to strength training. 5 stations with 2 rounds at each station made the class go by quickly. I'll be back for sure!

Se alle anmeldelseneI reeeaally enjoyed this class! I was definitely nervous since I was the only women kickboxing but the trainer made sure I felt comfortable. They pushed me so hard. They pushed me to new limits and I enjoyed every minute of it. I definitely recommend other women to take his classes.

Se alle anmeldelseneKatie is the instructor I've spent the most time with as I've been attending silks fundamentals, and she is great! I'm not really my most energetic at 7:30pm on a Thursday evening, but I usually leave feeling great about the class. I've been going long enough at this point to know I won't feel my strongest every class, but Katie is super energizing, encouraging, and patient. I kind of can't believe how much I've learned and all I'm able to do since I went to my first class in January. I think she teaches hammock too? so I definitely want to try out one of those classes eventually too.
