The equipment is high quality and very well maintained. The class itself was excellent , with only five reformers, it felt very personalized. The instructor was attentive and supportive, offering different options so everyone could work at their own level. I really enjoyed the session and will definitely be back 💘

It has helped me become much more aware of how my body moves and connects, strengthened my core from every angle, and significantly improved my posture. Every session feels like an opportunity to go a little deeper and learn something new about my body. Durrah’s cues were fantastic and she gave every student individual attention and adjustments to ensure proper alignment. The class was really accessible for all levels and I felt very comfortable practicing with other more advanced students. I came out of the class feeling better than when I arrived. Wonderful studio and great instructors all around.

She gives everyone their own space, but is always there to gently guide and help you adjust your positions when needed. I especially loved how encouraging she is — even if you’re not doing everything perfectly, she motivates you and makes you feel confident. She truly respects each person’s individual pace and energy. Such a positive and uplifting atmosphere, I absolutely loved it!

Se alle anmeldelseneIt was really fun! The sequence and flow were dynamic. Recommend for intermediate and advanced. They teach in Portuguese + simple English but it was enough to me. I’ve been doing pilates more than 3+ years so maybe it was not hard for me to follow the instructions(i speak zero Portuguese) but i think if you catch things quick, would be fine! Not sure about Circuit class, I took 1.5 on Saturday and it was way too easy. Even easier than stretching class they are running. It doesn’t reflect the description or level. So maybe avoid weekends class or choose right instructor. I would go with Tomas

I found it challenging at times, but he provided support and modifications. He has a lovely and well-located studio, and was perfectly fluent in English, so no worries for non-Portuguese speakers!
