Instructor was really nice and welcoming. She does show some of the positions, but you do need some sort of basic knowledge of yoga and the different names and position. So not really new beginner level friendly. I just watched and follow what other people are doing, but makes it hard to get in the zone. But I did enjoy the class and would recommend it.
