I’m definitely out of shape and am a true beginner but that’s not an issue as everyone is really friendly and encouraging and because the class size is fairly small, the instructors always have tips to make things slightly easier or to up the challenge. It really is for all levels! Would absolutely recommend to anyone thinking about giving it a go!

Se alle anmeldelseneFantastic Reformer Pilates class. Sarah is an excellent teacher who gives lots of options and modifications to suit all abilities. The studio might not be as shiny and fancy as new city centre options but they have every single piece of Pilates equipment you could imagine, there is ample parking and the teachers are brilliant. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
