Katya was great at her verbal cues which she used predominantly to explain everything. The only thing I didn't know is that it's a tad warm in there, so extra extra sweaty when leaving :) I will definitely be coming back!

Se alle anmeldelseneTHIS CLASS was amazing, the slowed down flow was really hard to adjust too and I LOVED every moment of it. Who knew going slow would be so much harder. it forced me to really connect with my form and rhythm and my entire core. Found myself smiling throughout the class cause i kept messing up it took all of my focus to get it right and once i did it felt like i really achieved/learned something.
