This was my first hot yoga class and while it was challenging - I left feeling accomplished and fresh (ironic given all the sweat but you’ll get it if you try this class!). Dray keeps the energy high and helps you focus throughout this very hot journey. Would definitely recommend - I’m absolutely coming back for this great class. As others have mentioned - try to get there as early as you can! Dray’s classes fill up fast, especially his Friday 5:45pm class.

His modifications are great. He’s attentive to everybody’s needs and physical limitations. He is definitely an asset to your company.

I’ve booked it a few weeks in a row though I have endless options thru classpass. For this back and abs class, come ready to sweat and WORK! I traditionally weight lift/do calisthenics but Mario is tough on us, in the best way possible. The playlist is always on point. Your core and back will be sore the next few days and your arms will be shaking during, but it’s all worth it.

Se alle anmeldelseneThis is one of the best pole fitness related classes I’ve ever taken. It was a mix of Mat Pilates and flexibility/conditioning (no pole work). Jenny was structured, had clear communication and I feel like I learned new moves to work on flexibility and strength. The only PSA I would give is to bring your own mat! The studio ones just aren’t as supportive and certain moves hurt a bit doing on a harder surface so I would definitely bring a comfy mat if you can.

I'm not sure if I was supposed to sleep, but i fell asleep within 10 minutes of our hour long session. the mattress is comfy, the blanket was thick enough to be warm in the cool room, we had a bolster to put under our knees, and a lavender scented eye mask.. it was lovely.. I woke up and felt very peaceful. Tricia and her husband were so welcoming and such sweet people. 10/10!! I left feeling like I had a massage.
