Se alle anmeldelseneReally enjoyed Yin. Instructor asked the class what focus areas we would like to work on today. Really effective in stretching and relaxing my piroformis muscle and hamstrings. Studio was clean and the vibe was relaxing. Don’t bother coming early to the studio. Entrance door is locked and won’t be open until 15 min prior to class.

Se alle anmeldelseneArielle is the best yoga instructor i had had the pleasure of learning from. i was in town for work and stumbled upon her at a different studio, then found her as many times at any studio she was teaching at while here. she gave me inspiration that i’ve had some trouble finding lately. she is so kind and gentle, creating such a soft but strong space for a group class. if you want to be taught, let her be your guide.

Fun unexpected challenge to stay calm and she didn’t let it get in the way of the serene flow she had built throughout the class. Would definitely recommend! :)

Se alle anmeldelseneChallenging but good. Teacher was great. I definitely modified some positions for my first time doing the tower. Also if you want to do Cadillac start with Tower they are similar but tower I think is a little easier, at least that’s the impression I got.
