You could easily burn 200-300 calories during and as for the instructor, he’s great, not too focused on the socializing aspect like other instructors or classes may but instead there to keep us on schedule, instruct us, push and motivate you to work harder, love it!

But the owner was very kind and apologetic and got me in a few day later with Samantha. She did a great job on my toes. Definitely recommend.

Was showed where everything was, the studio room was so spacious, the instructor (Michelle) was fabulous and introduced herself to us. The space is so calming and welcoming.
