She was incredibly gentle, sweet, and professional, which made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She did an absolutely amazing job on my Brazilian. It was literally perfect! I honestly can’t remember the last time I had such a clean, flawless wax. The results exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier. On top of that, she was so easy to talk to. Our conversation made the appointment fly by, and it felt more like catching up with a friend than getting waxed. I was kept warm, with softness and comfort, as I lay down on my back in a bed as wonderful as my own. Stephanie was calming, as she used magical hands for my facial and advised me of every step and sensation. The space was soothing and quiet, nicely decorated. The main building houses many different businesses. I was a bit confused entering the building and finding the correct room but people were friendly and helpful. “The Skin Therapist” is located in suite 33. I cannot wait to have this as part of my routine!

Just make sure you ask her, not everyone always wants one, so be sure to ask so it can get added into the time you purchased. She recommended for deeper tissue massages to purchase the sports massage, which I think is a great point (for anyone booking a massage at any clinic) because the signature massages are usually light to medium pressure and if you want more pressure you need to buy the deep tissue or sports massage!

I instantly felt welcomed by her. Elena did my facial and she was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. We started the facial with a consultation and she gave me great tips on my skin type. The facial was relaxing, rejuvenating and I loved all the steps Elena did. I could fill my skin soaking up all the products and I felt so moisturized. I tend to have sensitive skin but had no problems with any of the products that were used and Elena did a great job about asking those questions before the facial started. I will definitely be back and going to make this a monthly appointment.
