I like that she went at a slow pace and demonstrated every move. She was also patient with each student and kindly corrected their form. Imani's a great teacher!

I’ve booked it a few weeks in a row though I have endless options thru classpass. For this back and abs class, come ready to sweat and WORK! I traditionally weight lift/do calisthenics but Mario is tough on us, in the best way possible. The playlist is always on point. Your core and back will be sore the next few days and your arms will be shaking during, but it’s all worth it.

Se alle anmeldelseneThis is one of the best pole fitness related classes I’ve ever taken. It was a mix of Mat Pilates and flexibility/conditioning (no pole work). Jenny was structured, had clear communication and I feel like I learned new moves to work on flexibility and strength. The only PSA I would give is to bring your own mat! The studio ones just aren’t as supportive and certain moves hurt a bit doing on a harder surface so I would definitely bring a comfy mat if you can.

The class is very brief. That 45 mins whips by. I wish it was longer. I’d drive downtown more often for the class if it were longer. I still intend to come back. Thanks Talyssa

Kai teaches you the basics and gives you a background of where the moves originated from. It was a very relaxed, no pressure and welcoming class. If you really want to get into basics and get a good foundation I highly recommend this class!
