It was a super challenging class without all the fluffy yoga talk, which I absolutely loved. I have taken nearly every instructor class at urban and keri is by far my favorite. My only problem is are the clients are extremely annoying because if there’s all this vacant space in the class, they will come and squish up next to you every time and I’m not sure if that’s a rule that I haven’t been informed of here, but I don’t know why people bunch up like that here when there’s so much room it’s like they wanna overlap mats. It’s kind of weird, but that has nothing to do with the instructor.
