She maintained a nice, slow, steady pace and a smooth flow from start to finish. At times she participated in the workout alongside us, so there was less hands-on correction around the room—but overall it was still a really enjoyable class. The space is very open with light, calming music, and I loved that there were no mirrors—it really allowed you to connect more deeply to your body awareness and proprioception.

Lexi kicked everyone’s butt in there. Would highly recommend her class! She only teaches some Sunday’s so be on the lookout for her!

Guiding through each movement and giving amazing adjustments. Her energy was high for early in the morning and was encouraging making you feel strong and want to stay in it. The owners mom brought me an exquisite cup of organic tea just as class was starting. Lilli’s sound bath and yoga was everything and more. I live in San Diego and wouldn’t think twice about making the drive for her class. This studio is a gem and breath of fresh air from the sterile corporate yoga studios.

The instructor used a microphone so she could be heard really clearly, she gave lots of positive feedback, and she grabbed my ring when it got away from me (thanks girl!). Lots of shoulders and a good challenge but I’d be interested to try other classes too!

I loved doing the exercises on the jump boards (like trampolines) even though they looked intimidating! Danielle did a great job of explaining what to do and helping to fix my form. I felt like it was a great combination of reformer Pilates and cardio. I’ll definitely be back!
