What a way to come back to my first fitness love. Sprint don’t run to this spot. You’re going to leave hotter than you entered 😜🔥

Se alle anmeldelseneIt was so good. I feel sweaty and shaky but I had a blast and love how I get to push myself at my own pace. Everything is timed so you do what you can in the time provided. Weights are based on what you can handle. No one is pushing you to do more than you choose. But at the same time you feel motivated to push yourself to your best. It’s so great and you don’t get tired of the exercise because you are constantly moving around the room to do a different move. No one is looking at you because they are working on something different. Hope this helps you feel less intimidated to try F45! It’s a blast

She maintained a nice, slow, steady pace and a smooth flow from start to finish. At times she participated in the workout alongside us, so there was less hands-on correction around the room—but overall it was still a really enjoyable class. The space is very open with light, calming music, and I loved that there were no mirrors—it really allowed you to connect more deeply to your body awareness and proprioception.

I noticed how clean the gym is. Also, the view of Glenneyre is super entertaining while on the treadmill. Overall, I'm super happy I gave it a try. After months of not being able to workout due to random illness it can be intimidating to jump back in. Thanks for the peaceful environment.

The owners mom brought me an exquisite cup of organic tea just as class was starting. Lilli’s sound bath and yoga was everything and more. I live in San Diego and wouldn’t think twice about making the drive for her class. This studio is a gem and breath of fresh air from the sterile corporate yoga studios.

The studio is such a cute vibe and some of the express classes allow you to bring your babies/little ones to roam around which allow mamas like me to get a good workout in and also makes the classes fun and cute. The instructor used a microphone so she could be heard really clearly, she gave lots of positive feedback, and she grabbed my ring when it got away from me (thanks girl!). Lots of shoulders and a good challenge but I’d be interested to try other classes too!

I loved doing the exercises on the jump boards (like trampolines) even though they looked intimidating! Danielle did a great job of explaining what to do and helping to fix my form. She wasn’t afraid to use pressure, which I appreciated. This will definitely help me with third trimester aches and pains! She is also very receptive and if higher pressure isn’t your thing, she adjusts with no issue. The space was calm, inviting, clean, and had peaceful music. I would definitely come back!
