    Mat Pilates Body Sculpt

    The class was just what I needed to get back into a good routine. Heather was great! Very thorough and helpful with her instructions. She would come by and check form and gently correct. The studio is fully equipped, clean, fresh with AC, felt comfortable. I would love to take another class here and with Heather again!

    Bootcamp

    The coaching is great. They’re passionate about making sure everyone has correct form and the encouragement is so positive! The workouts are constantly changing which keeps me from getting bored of doing the same routines. I’ve been going for a year and not a single workout has been reflective of another. My favorite bootcamp!!

    Small Group Classes

    Challenging workout, sweet trainer. The small group situation is great, because it’s like you are getting almost personal training for a class price. I could tell that she was really watching my form and also watching how my body was reacting to the workout. (Note to newbies that you should eat some carbs before you train. I did not know this, and ended up getting woozy. It was a great added benefit that she is also a nurse, so she knew just what to do! It’s nice to know that I am in good hands in case anything happens, lol! I also had some questions about fitness training and she seemed very knowledgeable.) Definitely recommend.
