Highly advanced instructor with incredible knowledge of the practice of yoga and flow. His classes are not for the faint of heart and advanced. Love u J!

We did a solid basic Vinyasa flow, and I appreciated that we focused more on breath and positions in the postures rather than doing a bunch of crazy transitions and fast flow. She ended class with ear seeds in savasana which was a super nice touch I’ve never seen in another class. Will definitely be coming back!
