The instructor( Tara alharmi ) was meticulous, supportive, and deeply focused on perfecting every movement was done correctly,I’ve attended Pilates classes at several other studios, but her level of attention and expertise is unmatched. Truly a standout experience, shes the only instructor whose classes i’ll be returning too!

Se alle anmeldelseneMy coach was very understanding and amazing soft-spoken and she pays a lot of attention to detail. I really enjoyed my class with her and it felt like it was a private little class as I was the only person in the class she takes the time to demonstrate what she has to do, and then she also takes the time to observe me and assist/guide me throughout the workout I felt very relaxed comfortable and I really enjoyed my class with this coach 10 out of 10 would recommend
