Tianna is so friendly and greeted everyone with a big smile. the class started with some breath work then some stretching before we lie down for a sound bath. the whole class was slightly more than 1.5 hours but I didn't feel it's long enough as the whole class was very relaxing and she was guiding well throughout the session with her unique way of teaching.. the vibration from the gong and singing bowls was very immersive. Her voice was magical along with the sounds of the gongs. overall it was a wonderful experience. highly recommend.

I really appreciate how he asks about my concerns or problem areas first and focuses specifically on those instead of just giving a general full-body massage. He’s also very careful and gentle when working on tight or sensitive muscles, which made me feel comfortable throughout the session. After the massage, I felt a great sense of release and my body felt much lighter and more relaxed.
