My therapist, Danny was incredible at finding muscle knots and got it instant release on the muscle tightness. I was having calf tightness from an intense training and Danny quickly gave it a release. On the competition day, my vertical jump had improved thanks to Danny👍🏻. Will definitely recommend it for first timers.
