The ReFresh Combo (Female) Cut + Scalp & Hair treatment
I have thick, coarse, bleached hair that usually feels heavy and hot, and Louis gave me a fantastic, lighter cut. Feels so light now, so happy with the cut. The scalp treatment was amazing and they use organic essential oils was so relaxing, especially with the head, neck, and shoulder massage. Left with a super clean scalp and a much more manageable haircut. Lovely service.

I’m not so picky when it comes to wash & blow services as that’s usually pretty straightforward, but I was so happy with the service I got from this salon, and Susan (the hairstylist) + the girl who washed my hair (didn’t catch her name unfortunately). I just wanted a blow-in and had minimal expectations, but Susan’s technique (and speed as well) without feeling like I was rushed, made it one of the best blowouts I’ve ever had. My hair was wavy, bouncy, and just felt overall natural and fresh. If I didn’t do it via Classpass, their rates are also reasonable with a promo from M-TH, Rm48 for wash & blow. Not the fanciest of salons, aesthetically, but very decent, good service - highly recommended :)

I did a wash & blow only at TRIC today. My go-to branch is always MyTOWN since it’s the closest to my house. I’ve tried the Bangsar and IOI branches too — IOI is newer and feels super luxurious — but somehow I always end up coming back to MyTOWN 🤍 I actually keep changing hairstylists at the MyTOWN branch and honestly all of them are good, but today was my first time with CY and she’s sooo talented. What matters most to me is having a hairstylist that really knows how to make your hair look good ✨ Even though I only chose the normal wash & blow (no styling or anything), she still blew my hair so beautifully and made me feel so good for my date 🥹 I also did my brow trimming (plucking) with Grace because she’s always the most calm, gentle, and gives the most natural brow shape. Somehow it’s always less painful with her too 😭 I always go to Grace for my brows. I really hope they’ll have more people like Grace, and that Grace stays here forever because it’s honestly so hard to find someone that makes you feel this comfortable 🥺🤍 Will definitely keep coming back here!
