Se alle anmeldelseneChallenging but good class; I think you'll get most out of the endurance class if you have a bit of fundamental knowledge of boxing as the class is a mix of bag, ground, and partner (non-sparring) and as it's a stamina testing class it's good if you can fall back on some basic technique / fundamentals. The space itself is quite cool, it's in a downstairs area with lower / mood lightning for the heavy bag area and more lightning for the ring area. It's quite clear to me that the owners / trainers know what they're doing and they can accommodate to all levels and put some good thought into making this a good experience for everyone.

Se alle anmeldelseneVictor is an amazing coach, he really watched and coached every stroke. Many sport coaches are just stand there feeding you balls but Victor kept watching, teaching and encouraging throughout. Very positive personality to be around and great sense of humour!
