Even my Personal Trainer didn’t understand how to adjust a workout to hypermobility. My only complaint is sometimes there’s too many people in the class and you don’t get enough attention. She needs more class times with fewer students.

WOW that was absolutely hard and amazing and cool. Love to get tips on form and all the instructors are so encouraging!! They really pushed me to my limits without injury and I LOVE THAT!! I look forward to doing more classes and getting stronger 💪🏻🦾
