When I’ve come to Kansas City for work a few times this year, I’ve set aside time to find Christian’s class at Sweatheory! I will return!!! Thanks for a great class!

Se alle anmeldelseneNice studio! Not quite as hot as I went in thinking. It is certainly heated but not like “hot” compared to CorePower or Y6. Having showers onsite is certainly nice perk too! Instructions was good but the layout was a little strange, had never been in a class where the students were perpendicular to the teacher. Made it a little difficult to see what we were doing in some parts of the class but overall it was a wonderful class with modifications to make it easier or harder depending on what you need.
