Se alle anmeldelseneI'm seriously addicted to spinning. Help ~ On a serious note, Nicole is so good with leading the class, and her playlist is vibing! Also at the beginning of class, she goes around seeing who needed help setting up their bikes. (There are also staffs helping with adjusting the bikes in case the knobs are sometimes too tight to turn.. Tip: use the towel). Btw, do arrive early like 15-20 min (at the very least 10 min before class starts) as spin studios are strict on timing, as you need time to set up the bike before class starts and gets too dark; also you can't enter class after the door is closed. Seriously though, spinning is so addictive and the Revolution instructors are sooooo good!
