The 8pm slots used to be the main ones with lower body, upper body classes and were high intensity ones. Now they’re mostly beginner classes. Would appreciate it if the studio can go back to the original schedule.

The strength class really delivered on its name — I was able to lift a good amount of weight while also learning how eccentric movements can be executed on the reformer, which is something you don’t get to do easily lifting in the gym. Ezran was a fantastic coach and gave clear, effective guidance throughout. A 10/10 session — really good for strength training.
