We started with basic footwork and then spent the majority of the time practicing with different partners. The only downside was that the lessons are sequential so you have to start at lesson 1 or you’ll be behind (and the class sign up didn’t specify)

I have never danced in my life, this was the first time, and obviously I can’t follow, but I didn’t feel judged at all (this is huge for a big introvert to say)! People even came up to me from time to time to encourage me and check up on how I was doing physically! And Ana herself is so so so sweet and amazing too of course!!
