I’m a beginner and she was incredibly helpful & had super clear instructions. Also the regulars in the class were super nice. You won’t regret taking a class just do it :)

I also loved that when Gabi made corrections, she turned off her mic so as not to make anyone feel on the spot/embarrassed/uncomfortable. Will absolutely be taking her classes in the future! There are opportunities to look at the people next to you to stay on track too! Of note, there is a starter50 class you can take/sign up for prior to any class. Fun class and hard workout!

Se alle anmeldelseneI never write reviews for large group classes but had to this time because our instructor was the best I've ever had throughout my experience at Solidcore. He actually went around carefully coaching and correcting everyone's form which is so important for solidcore exercises but is never done. He had such amazing energy and attitude and I wish I could take his classes more regularly. Definitely recommend him for anyone especially if you're new to solidcore.

Also I feel students should have to wear something on their feet and not be barefoot, it feels unsanitary for people to put their feet through the straps as that surface isn’t easily cleaned with the cloth and spray we use at the end of class and overall having your barefoot on the machines.

I think I’ll be more mindful about doing Lagree Pilates 2 days prior in the future because my body still hadn’t fully recovered making this class harder as well. That aside, you will definitely get in a good workout here and leave with sore muscles. I always appreciate when instructors offer to help you correct form but don’t make you feel pressured to do more than you can especially if it’s clear you’re trying but can’t complete the sets. Megan was encouraging and knowledgeable as well and at times knew how to throw in a few jokes.

I didn’t love her routine- I felt like we could have held the moves for longer and had longer oblique and leg series. There was a girl in the class though who didn’t do any crunching (maybe due to pregnancy?) which was super annoying so that’s something for SLT to consider as a policy since if you’re going to do your own thing for 30% of the class why bother coming?
