Did not love the flashing lights during class in the background but that’s just my preference. Playlist was unique and transitioned between hip hop, 90s rock, 2000s hits, a little EDM. While I’m mostly an outdoor runner I can see myself doing a class in the winter to prep for a race since

The class was intense but as a beginner, you definitely can go at your own pace. The crew here are also extremely friendly and helpful and they’ll even help you get set up on the bike before class starts. Such a fun experience!

I’m traveling so have never taken this trainer before and it was absolute fire. Like, light your soul on fire but also give you jello legs fire. They also did a great job at walking through each exercise and reminding the class to push themselves to the extent that they wanted to. The one thing that is a serious safety hazard is that a lot of new people do their boxers sit-ups far outside of their circle, and they run the risk of getting hurt by the people around them. It also risks hurting those of us who are inside the circle. There should be an announcement made in the beginning of class that this is where you should be seated for these. I almost hurt someone just because she was almost a full foot above her designated space. I hope this is fixed soon because this has been pretty consistent over the last few months but wasn’t a problem before.

Once the heat and relaxation settles in, it takes me a second to process left and right and what I’m actually being told to do and I get lost.

I’m not a runner—never have been—but after one class with her, I’m lowkey hooked on it. She has such fun playlists, super infectious energy, and somehow makes running feel like a party (again, I’m dead serious) Her vibe is very magnetic—she pushes you just enough to make you feel like a total badass, but always in the most fun, motivating way. DO HER FRIDAY MORNING 45 MIN!!! That was my first workout w her and now I can’t miss it—also never thought I could do 45 mins straight running, but here we are. If you get the chance, try it. You’ll leave with a huge smile, sense of accomplishment out the wazoo, and a seriously epic runner’s high. Katie is a legend.

From the moment I walked in, the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very sweet, which was incredibly comforting. As someone who is usually very self-conscious and prone to anxiety, I was a bit nervous going in. However, Liz's warm and welcoming energy immediately put me at ease. Her instruction was clear and calming, and the atmosphere in the studio was so inviting, especially with the dim lighting, which helped create a peacetul, grounding environment. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire class. I left feeling both relaxed and empowered, and I'm already looking forward to coming back. If you're someone who feels anxious or out of place in group settings, I highly recommend Liz's class - she truly made a difference in helping me feel at ease. 🫶🏻
